Because it's one, two, three strikes, you're out!

Part of the joy of watching Colton's antics on the baseball field is knowing that soon, the pictures will turn from silly into this:

His first at-bat of the game.
A double on the first pitch!

Ready to run . . .

One of 9 strike-outs that game.

It is so fun to watch Chance play. To see the game finally clicking. To watch him strike kids out, and see that gleam of pride in his eye when he does. Accomplishment is as captivating to watch as entertainment.
Way to go, Chance - you're a star!

Sorry to be the first to comment... again. Chance has the best stance in all those pictures. He looks professional. Does he EVER stop to pick the dandelions or need to take a seat as he's playing outfield?

Oh my, no. He IS professional. He would never be caught with his hat crooked, let alone with a dandelion . . .

I love their form!

This was simply profound:

"Accomplishment is as captivating to watch as entertainment."

You're a wise one.

I just read the comments between you and Cali, I loved them!

Not for nothing, 9 K's and 3 doubles in a row! The boy is Bigs bound. Hope he remembers who washed his underware and taught him to throw.
