Favorite Ingredient Friday - Weight Watchers

This is a great recipe for a basic grain mixture - once you cook it up, it's good to use in fried rice, stir fry, or a side dish. Tons of fiber, and the variety of grains gives it great flavor. I did not do the calculation on the points, so make sure you double-check it with the packages of grains you use.

Healthy Mix
Weight Watchers
10 Pts. Per cup dry mix.


Mix the following & store in a container until ready to cook.


1 Bag Red Mill Whole Grain BULGUR Cracked Wheat

1 Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice

1 Bag Lentils

1 Bag Pearl Barley

Cook as you would Rice. I added three cups water per 1 cup mix.
